Join our Park Run!

Did you know there is a FREE 5Km event every Saturday morning on your doorstep?

Parkrun is great to be involved in whether you want to run, jog or walk the event or even volunteer to help make it happen. It is an opportunity to make friends in the local community, improve your fitness and it will give you a boost at the start of your weekend. It would be great if our practice community could come along to support this new Parkrun in the area. The Parkrun starts near the main carpark at 9am. Our staff members and their family and friends will be taking on volunteer roles on Saturday 27th June and will be there to cheer you on.
